If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Westmore Gardens.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Westmore Gardens we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
