If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Pimmit Hills.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Pimmit Hills we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
