If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Pimmit Hills.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Pimmit Hills we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
