Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in High Pointe At Jefferson Park.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
