Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Falls_Church.
The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Falls_Church we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment.
