If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fair Lakes.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
