If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Seven Corners.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Seven Corners we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
