If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Sunrise Square.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Sunrise Square we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
