If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Franconia.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Franconia we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
