If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Clifton.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Clifton we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
