If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Burke.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Burke we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
