If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Crosspointe.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Crosspointe we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
