Do you need a tenant for a property in Fairfax?
We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to good property management is good renters. Nesbitt Realty seldom has difficulties with tenants that we find.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with unreasonable renters because we've inherited problems from real estate investors who selected their own tenants, or from owners who have brought us renters from other property managers.
The key to discovering a good renter is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairfax.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
