We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to good rental property management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty almost never has issues with tenants that we place.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome tenants because we've inherited problems from real estate investors who found their own tenants, or from real estate investors who have brought us tenants from other rental management companies.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Fairfax.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Fairfax we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
