One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Carlyle District.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Carlyle District we will nail down the actual value of your rental.
