If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lorcom Grove.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Lorcom Grove we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
