We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Courthouse.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Courthouse we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
