If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Rosslyn.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental.
