Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in North Arlington.
The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
