If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fairlington.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Fairlington we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
