Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Ballston.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property.
