If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Ballston.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Ballston we will help determine the actual value of your home.
