If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairlington_Meadows.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Fairlington_Meadows we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
