If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in West End.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in West End we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
