If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Virginia Hills.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Virginia Hills we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
