We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in The Seasons.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in The Seasons we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
