If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Port Royal.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Port Royal we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
