If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Catalina.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Catalina we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
