If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Alexandria Crossing.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Alexandria Crossing we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
