Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Franconia.
The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
