If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Del Ray.
The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Del Ray we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
