If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Queens_court.
The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Queens_court we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
