If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
