We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
