During the lease term in Gainesville

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental home in Gainesville, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some solid reasons to come into rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades,
  • Supply necessary services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Gainesville.
