During the lease term in Rotonda

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Rotonda, the renter must allow us to enter the rental property. Some valid reasons to go into rental are to:

- Provide necessary services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Rotonda. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
