During the lease term in Dunn Loring

During lease, the rental home belongs to the renter we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Dunn Loring, the renter must allow us to come into the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to come into rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Make repairs or improvements,
  • Provide necessary services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Dunn Loring. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
