During the lease term in Clifton

During lease, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Clifton, the tenant must allow us to access the rental home. Some solid reasons to access rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Supply necessary services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Clifton. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
