During lease, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in West End, the renter must allow us to enter the rental. Some solid reasons to come into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or improvements,
  • Provide necessary services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in West End. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
