During the lease term in Alexandria

- Perform maintenance or decorate,
- Provide necessary services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Alexandria. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
