During the lease term in Northern Virginia

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental in Northern Virginia, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to access rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Supply necessary services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Northern Virginia. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
