Are you seeking real estate in a specific neighborhood?
Below you will find a list of every subdivision (or condominium) with properties for sale in White Post. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is revised every 15 minutes or so to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing timely data that you may rely on. The information listed below is taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are some tips to keep in mind.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) compiled below were all entered into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has moved from one subdivision to another when really the error was corrected. Not to mention, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is called. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be listed as different communities. Thus, when you really want to get a tally, you have to consider all possible variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are at times called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the community isn't found below."
Is there a different way to spell this particular community?
Naturally, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all possible variations of the spelling. Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not include rentals. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Furthermore, this tally exclusively covers active listings in White Post.Is the property under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some listings which have a sign posted that are not active. For instance, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the MLS database does not permit us to include those properties in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific community, you'll have to get in touch with Nesbitt Realty directly. Is the property sold?
And, it happens that a listing is already sold or under contract when you see the sign up. Sold notices aren't posted the second a contract is signed. Furthermore, it happens that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you might see a for sale sign posted when a property is not active.Do you need regular notices about listings from a specific subdivision?
If you want to be contacted when a listing is active in a specific community, just let us know. Also, Nesbitt Realty can also give you specific information on a specific property when you email us directly. We can recommend a Realtor that can quickly find the information you need. You can organize the neighborhoods by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the subdivisions. However, when you arrange by tally, just keep in mind the points above, because those tallies aren't always accurate. Still, the data is still pretty accurate.▲ | ▼ |
