Are you trying to find homes in a particular subdivision?

Listed below you will see a list of every subdivision (or condo) with listings in Warren County. The list below is compiled from active listings today. This list is revised often to ensure that we're supplying accurate information that you may count on. The data found below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are some tips to be aware of.

You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) listed below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there will be typographical errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a property has moved from one subdivision to another when actually the spelling on a listing was changed.

And, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a specific subdivision is called. If there is even one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied separately. So, if you really want to get a tally, you have to look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are at times entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a for sale sign up but the subdivision isn't found below."

Is there another name for this particular subdivision?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all typical variations of the name.
Is the property for rent?
This list does not include rentals. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. In addition, this tally only covers listings on the market in Warren County.
Is the listing not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are some listings which have a sign posted that are not active. For example, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about listings that are coming-soon. Not to mention, the MLS database does not permit us to list those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific subdivision, you'll have to email Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
Not to mention, from time to time that a listing is already sold or under contract when you spot the sign up. Under-contract riders aren't posted instantly. Furthermore, from time to time that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a sign up when a property is not available.
