Are you seeking real estate in a specific neighborhood?

Below you will see a list of every subdivision (or condo) with real estate on the market in Front Royal. This list is compiled from active listings today. This list is refreshed often to make sure that we're providing fresh data that you can rely on. The tallies compiled below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of tips to be aware of.

You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) compiled below were all put into the MLS database by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has been listed when in reality the error was corrected.

In addition, there may be some diffence of opinion as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is named. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied as different communities. Thus, when you really need to get a tally, you have to look at all possible variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are at times entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't listed below."

Is there another name for this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you watch out for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the property for rent?
This tally does not include rentals. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. In addition, this tally exclusively includes listings on the market in Front Royal.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some listings which have a sign up that are not active. For example, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. And, the MLS database does not permit us to include those properties in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a particular neighborhood, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property sold?
Not to mention, from time to time that a listing is already sold when you see the sign posted. Under-contract signs aren't posted the second a contract is signed. Not to mention, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. For these reasons, it's possible to see a sign posted when a listing is not available.
