You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condos) compiled below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has sold when actually the listing was updated.

In addition, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a specific community is named. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted separately. So, when you really need to get a count, you should look at all the variations of the community's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are at times entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Definitely, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all typical variations of the name.

Is the listing for rent?

This tally does not include rental properties. So, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental property. In addition, this tally exclusively includes active listings in Strasburg.

Is the listing not yet active?

An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are many properties that have a sign posted that are not active.
