Listed below you will find a list of each subdivision (or condominium) with properties for sale in Craig Addition. This list is compiled from active listings today. The list below is refreshed often to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is providing accurate tallies which you can depend on. The information collected below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a couple of tips to be aware of.
You might find a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) collected below were all typed into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be spelling errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has been listed when really the spelling on a listing was changed.
Not to mention, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific subdivision is named. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied separately. Thus, if you really want to get a count, you should look at all the variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are at times known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't listed below."
Is there another name for this particular neighborhood?
Yes, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?
This tally does not cover rental properties. So, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Not to mention, this list
exclusively covers listings still for sale in Craig Addition.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few properties that have a sign posted that are not
active.
For example, from time to time a sign is posted because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the MLS database does not allow Nesbitt Realty to include those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a particular community, you'll have to reach out to us directly.
Is the listing sold?
And, sometimes that a listing is already sold when you spot the sign posted. Under-contract riders aren't posted the moment a property settles. Also, from time to time that the listing agent is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you may see a sign posted when a property is not active.

You can organize the subdivisions by number or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the list. On the other hand, when you organize by number of active listings, just remember the points above, because the number isn't completely true. Still, the list is still useful.
