Are you seeking homes in a specific subdivision?

Below you will see a list of each subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in Maurertown. The list below is compiled from active listings today. The list below is updated often to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing timely data that you may depend on. The information listed below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of tips to be aware of.

You might spot a subdivision listed more than once.

You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) found below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has been listed when in reality the spelling on a listing was changed.

In addition, there may be some variances as to what exactly a particular subdivision is called. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied as different communities. So, if you really want to get a tally, you have to look at all the variations of the subdivision's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are by some people entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a sign up but the subdivision isn't found below."

Is there another way to spell this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for lease?
This list does not cover rental properties. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Also, this tally only covers listings still for sale in Maurertown.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are many properties which have a sign up that are not active. For instance, from time to time a for sale is up because the property is coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. And, the MLS database does not allow Nesbitt Realty to count those listings in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a particular community, you'll have to email us directly.
Is the listing under-contract?
Not to mention, sometimes that a listing is already sold when you see the for sale posted. Sold or under-contract notices aren't posted the moment a property settles. In addition, it happens that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a for sale sign posted when a listing is not active.

Do you want prompt notices about listings from a specific community?

If you would like to be notified when a listing is active in a particular community, just let us know. Furthermore, Nesbitt Realty can also give you specific information on a specific property when you email us directly. Nesbitt Realty has a Realtor that can quickly find the information you want.

You can organize the subdivisions by count or alphabetically.

The arrows at the header below are useful for arranging the neighborhoods. But, when you organize by number of active listings, just remember the tips above, because the count isn't completely true. Still, the data is still useful.
