If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied as different communities. So, if you really need to get a tally, you should consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are at times known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is the property for lease?

This list does not include rentals. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Furthermore, this list exclusively includes active listings in Edinburg.

Is the property coming soon?

An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few properties that have a sign up that are not active. For example, from time to time a sign is up because the property is coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet on the market.
