Are you trying to find real estate in a particular neighborhood?

Below you will find a list of each subdivision (or condominium) with properties for sale in Bridgewater. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is updated throughout the day (and night) to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing fresh tallies which you can count on. The data compiled below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a few quirks to keep in mind.

You might spot a subdivision listed more than once.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) found below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there will be typographical errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a property has sold when actually the spelling on a listing was changed.

And, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific subdivision is named. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied as different communities. So, if you really need to get a count, you have to look at all the variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't listed below."

Is there another name for this particular community?
Definitely, for the reason stated above, try to you double-check all possible variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not cover rentals. So, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. And, this list exclusively covers listings still for sale in Bridgewater.
Is the property not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few properties which have a sign posted that are not active. For instance, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit Nesbitt Realty to include those listings in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to contact us directly.
Is the listing sold?
In addition, sometimes that a listing is already sold or under contract when you see the for sale up. Under-contract notices aren't posted the second a contract is signed. Not to mention, sometimes that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a sign posted when a property is not available.
