Are you trying to find real estate in a particular community?

Below you will find a list of every subdivision (or condo) with properties for sale in Bridgewater. The list below is compiled from active listings today. The list below is updated throughout the day (and night) to ensure that we're supplying fresh data which you can count on. The data compiled below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a few quirks to keep in mind.

You may find a subdivision listed more than once.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) found below were all entered into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there will be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has sold when really the error was corrected.

And, there may be some variation as to what exactly a specific subdivision is called. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied as different communities. Hence, if you really want to get a count, you should look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a for sale sign up but the community isn't found below."

Is there a different name for this specific neighborhood?
As a matter of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all typical variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for rent?
This tally does not include rentals. So, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Not to mention, this list only includes listings on the market in Bridgewater.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some properties that have a sign posted that are not active. For example, sometimes a for sale is up because the property is coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about listings that are coming-soon. Also, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow Nesbitt Realty to count those properties in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a particular community, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property sold?
Not to mention, from time to time that a listing is already sold or under contract when you spot the sign posted. Sold notices aren't posted immediately. Not to mention, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you may see a for sale sign posted when a property is not available.

Do you need timely updates from a specific neighborhood?

If you want to be notified when real estate is active in a particular neighborhood, just let us know. Also, Nesbitt Realty can also give you specific information on a specific listing when you contact Nesbitt Realty directly. We can recommend a real estate pro that can quickly find the information you need.

You can sort the subdivisions by count or alphabetically.

The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the communities. But even so, when you arrange by listing count, just remember the points above, because the count isn't always accurate. Of course, the data is still useful.
