Are you looking for homes in a specific community?

Below you will find a accounting of each subdivision (or condominium) with listings in Bridgewater. The list below is compiled from active listings today. This list is recalculated often to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing accurate tallies which you can rely on. The data collected below is taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a couple of quirks to keep in mind.

You might spot a subdivision listed multiple times.

You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) compiled below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has moved from one subdivision to another when really the listing was updated.

In addition, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is called. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted as different communities. So, if you really need to get a picture, you have to consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a sign posted but the subdivision isn't found below."

Is there a different name for this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all possible variations of the name.
Is the property for rent?
This list does not include rental properties. Hence, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Not to mention, this tally exclusively includes active listings in Bridgewater.
Is the listing under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many properties that have a sign posted that are not active. For instance, from time to time a for sale is posted because the property is coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are coming-soon. Also, the MLS database does not permit us to list those properties in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to email Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing under-contract?
Also, sometimes that a listing is already sold or under contract when you see the for sale posted. Under-contract signs don't go up immediately. Not to mention, sometimes that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you might see a for sale sign posted when a property is not active.

Do you want regular notices about listings from a specific neighborhood?

If you want to be notified when a property is active in a specific subdivision, just let us know. And, your agent can also give you specific information on a particular property if you email us directly. We can provide a agent that can quickly find the information you want.

You can sort the subdivisions by number or alphabetically.

The arrows at the header below are useful for arranging the list. Above all, when you arrange by tally, just keep in mind the tips above, because the count isn't completely true. Still, the list is still pretty accurate.
