Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has moved from one subdivision to another when actually the spelling on a listing was changed.
And, there may be some variances as to what exactly a particular neighborhood is called. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted as different communities. Thus, if you really need to get a picture, you should consider all possible variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are sometimes entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not cover rentals. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental. Furthermore, this list
only covers listings still for sale in Bergton.
Is the listing coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some properties which have a sign up that are not
active.
For instance, from time to time a sign is posted because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status.
