So, when you really want to get an accurate tally, you should consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are at times entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
