Are you seeking real estate in a specific neighborhood?
Below you will find a complete accounting of each and every subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in Rappahannock County. The list below is compiled from active listings today. This list is updated throughout the day (and night) to ensure that we're providing accurate data which you may count on. The data collected below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of tips to be aware of.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) collected below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has moved from one subdivision to another when in reality the error was corrected.Furthermore, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a particular neighborhood is named. If there is even one letter of difference between two entries this will be listed as different communities. Hence, when you really want to get an accurate tally, you have to consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the community isn't found below."
Is there another name for this particular subdivision?
Yes, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all typical variations of the spelling. Is the property for lease?
This list does not cover rental properties. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. In addition, this list only includes active listings in Rappahannock County. Is the property under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few listings that have a sign posted that are not active. For example, from time to time a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow us to include those properties in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a particular subdivision, you'll have to talk to Nesbitt Realty directly. Is the listing sold?
Also, it happens that a listing is already sold when you spot the for sale posted. Under-contract notices aren't posted the moment a property settles. And, from time to time that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a for sale sign posted when a listing is not active.Do you need timely updates from a particular community?

The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the list. Still, when you sort by tally, just remember the points above, because those tallies aren't always true. Still, the list is still pretty accurate.▲ | ▼ |
