You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) compiled below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be spelling errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has sold when really the listing was updated.

And, there may be some variation as to what exactly a specific subdivision is called. If there is even one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied separately. Hence, when you really need to get a tally, you have to look at all the variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is there a different way to spell this particular subdivision?

As might be expected, for the reason stated above, try to you double-check all typical variations of the spelling.

Is the property for rent?

This list does not cover rentals. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental property. And, this tally only covers active listings in Flint Hill.

Is the property under-contract?
